If you've ever ordered custom press-ons before, you know the drill: DM the artist, send a photo, wait for a reply, send your sizes some other way, wait again, then just… hope for the best on your ship date.
That's not how we do it at Glam Nailz.
After 22 years in this industry and two Nail Olympia wins, I built a process that takes the guesswork — and the DM tag — completely out of getting a custom set made for your hands. One flow. One order. Your sizes, your inspo, and your dates, all locked in from the second you check out.
Here's exactly how it works, from the moment you pick your set to the moment it lands on your doorstep.
1Pick Your Custom Set
Everything starts in the custom press-on collection. Browse the sets, pick the shape, length, and design that's calling your name, and check out like normal. That's it — no back-and-forth before you even get to buy.
2Get Sized — Your Way
Once your order is placed, we prompt you to submit your sizing so we can build your set to fit your nail beds specifically. You've got two options, and both are just as easy.
Digital Sizing (fastest option). Head to our digital sizing page and submit your measurements right from your phone: bare nails, well-lit room, follow the in-app prompts, submit. No mailing anything, no waiting on a kit.
Physical Sizing Kit. Prefer something you can hold in your hands? We'll mail you a physical sizing kit so you can size the traditional way, at your own pace.
This step matters more than people realize — it's the difference between a set that lasts and one that pops off early.

3Upload Your Inspo
Once your sizing is in, add your inspiration photos to your order. This is where you show me exactly what you're picturing — color, shape details, nail art, a specific vibe, whatever it is.
Got a nail you want done a certain way, or a design tweak you're picturing? Tell me. This is your chance to get as specific as you want, so what lands in your hands matches what's in your head — no surprises, no "that's not what I pictured."
4Track It From Start to Finish
This is the part that changes everything: as soon as your sizing and inspo are submitted, you get a live timeline with your actual production and dispatch dates. No more asking "is my order almost ready?" No more DMing me for updates.
You'll know exactly when your set goes into production and exactly when it ships — typically within 7–10 business days of your sizing being confirmed. Everything's tracked with a confirmation link, start to finish.
Every set also ships with a full prep kit and application instructions included, so you're ready to apply the moment it arrives.
