Because these sets are custom-created specifically for you, we are unable to offer refunds or remakes due to personal preference (such as not liking the chosen design, shape, or length once received).
We highly recommend reviewing your selections carefully before placing your order to ensure you are confident in your choices.
If you would like a different design or shape after receiving your order, we would be more than happy to create a new set for you. Please note that this would require placing a new order.
