Shipping Policy

At Glam Nailz Press Ons, every set is carefully prepared and packaged to ensure it arrives safely and securely. Please review the information below regarding shipping timelines, tracking, and delivery.


Processing Time

All orders require time to be prepared before shipment.

Processing times may vary depending on the type of order:

  • Ready-to-Ship Sets: Typically ship within 1–3 business days

  • Custom Press-On Nails: Processing times vary depending on the design and order volume

Processing time does not include the shipping time provided by the carrier.

Once your order has been completed and prepared for shipment, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.


Shipping Method

All orders are shipped using USPS Priority Mail, which includes:

  • Tracking information

  • Up to $100 of insurance coverage included with the shipment

  • Estimated delivery within 1–3 business days after shipment (depending on location)

Shipping rates are calculated based on USPS Priority Mail rates.

Customers may request additional insurance coverage if they would like extra protection for their shipment.


Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Tracking is included with USPS Priority Mail and allows you to follow your package as it moves through the shipping network.


Carrier Responsibility

All packages are physically dropped off and scanned at the shipping carrier location before they begin transit.

Once your package has been scanned and accepted by the carrier (USPS, FedEx, or UPS), the shipment is considered in the possession of the carrier.

At that point, the carrier becomes responsible for the delivery of the package.

If you experience any shipping delays, lost packages, or delivery issues, please contact the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number.


Shipping Timeframes

Delivery timelines are determined by the shipping carrier and may vary depending on location, weather conditions, holidays, and carrier volume.

Glam Nailz Press Ons does not control shipping speeds once a package has been handed off to the carrier.

Any estimated delivery times provided by USPS, FedEx, or UPS are estimates and are not guaranteed by Glam Nailz Press Ons.


Lost or Delayed Packages

If your tracking shows a delay or your package appears to be lost, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly using your tracking number to open a claim or investigation.

Because the package is in the carrier’s possession once scanned, the carrier is the best resource for locating or resolving shipping issues.


Returns and Insurance for Return Shipments

If you are sending a package back to us for any reason, we strongly recommend using a shipping method that includes:

  • Tracking

  • Shipping insurance

This protects your package in the event that it becomes lost or damaged during transit.

Glam Nailz Press Ons is not responsible for return shipments that are lost or damaged without tracking or insurance.


Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.

Glam Nailz Press Ons is not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly entered addresses provided at checkout.
