At Glam Nailz Press Ons, each set of nails is carefully handmade and prepared specifically for the customer. Because press-on nails are considered a personal use item, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been placed.

All Sales Are Final

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all press-on nail sets are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once they have been shipped.

Press-on nails are considered a personal cosmetic product that is worn directly on the body. For this reason, we cannot accept returns to ensure the safety and cleanliness of all products.

Custom Orders

All custom press-on nail orders are made specifically according to the nail sizes provided by the customer. Because these sets are created exclusively for you, custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Please double-check your sizing before placing your order to ensure the best fit.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and provide assistance.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

How long do press-on nails last?

With proper nail prep and liquid nail glue, your press-on nails can last 10–14 days or longer. Using adhesive tabs provides shorter wear (1–3 days) but allows for easy removal and reuse. Each set includes application instructions to help you achieve the longest wear possible.

Are the press-on nails reusable?

Yes! Our press-on nails are designed to be durable and reusable when removed properly. Gently soak the nails to loosen the adhesive rather than pulling them off. With proper care, many customers reuse their sets multiple times.

How do I know what size to order?

You can measure your nails using our size guide, select a standard size (XS–XL), or order a sizing kit for the most accurate fit. If you're unsure, we recommend purchasing a sizing kit before ordering custom sets to ensure your nails fit perfectly.

Everything You Need for the Perfect Application

The sizing molding kit is the most accurate way to achieve custom press on nails. The investment in this kit means any shaped nail can have a press on custom fit for it. If you have club fingers I can take care of that. In a lot of cases custom reusuable press on nails will be sculpted to fit the client nails. Included in the Kit 1 Container of mixing puddy 2 colors for each finger 1 Orangewood stick to push back cuticles 1 Emory board to file nails. 1 Instruction card 1 Return Label Wash your hands. Use the cuticle pusher in the kit to push your cuticles back, and trim your nails Take one blue ball and one white ball and mix them really well togethor, until they are light blue. Put it on your fingerand press down firmly to make a great impression. Allow it to set for 20 minutes. As you go from finger to finger mark the puddy with the cuticle stick pinky to thumb L1, L2, L3, L4, L5 and the right R1, R2, R3, R4, R5. Place each one in the container marked for that finger . Put the container with all the finger molds into the box and retape it and apply the prepaid label over the old label and drop it in the mail.
