At Glam Nailz Press Ons, each set of nails is carefully handmade and prepared specifically for the customer. Because press-on nails are considered a personal use item, we are unable to accept returns once an order has been placed.

All Sales Are Final

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, all press-on nail sets are final sale and cannot be returned, refunded, or exchanged once they have been shipped.

Press-on nails are considered a personal cosmetic product that is worn directly on the body. For this reason, we cannot accept returns to ensure the safety and cleanliness of all products.

Custom Orders

All custom press-on nail orders are made specifically according to the nail sizes provided by the customer. Because these sets are created exclusively for you, custom orders are non-refundable and non-returnable.

Please double-check your sizing before placing your order to ensure the best fit.

If you are unsure of your nail sizes, we strongly recommend ordering a Sizing Kit prior to purchasing a custom set.

Sizing kits help ensure that your press-on nails fit properly and comfortably. Ordering a sizing kit first can help prevent sizing issues and allow us to create the best possible set for you.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the product and packaging so we can review the issue and provide assistance.

Shipping

We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

How long do press-on nails last?

With proper nail prep and liquid nail glue, your press-on nails can last 10–14 days or longer. Using adhesive tabs provides shorter wear (1–3 days) but allows for easy removal and reuse. Each set includes application instructions to help you achieve the longest wear possible.

Are the press-on nails reusable?

Yes! Our press-on nails are designed to be durable and reusable when removed properly. Gently soak the nails to loosen the adhesive rather than pulling them off. With proper care, many customers reuse their sets multiple times.

How do I know what size to order?

You can measure your nails using our size guide, select a standard size (XS–XL), or order a sizing kit for the most accurate fit. If you're unsure, we recommend purchasing a sizing kit before ordering custom sets to ensure your nails fit perfectly.
